Each button is reversible, and durable enough to machine wash or dry clean. Keep in mind that the nature of handmade items means every piece varies slightly in size and shape.

We recommend air drying, although they can withstand low setting in the dryer, and avoid ironing as the buttons can't handle the direct heat. Our buttons are intended as embellishments rather than closures. Because polymer clay is a plastic, the buttons are very lightweight, so you can add lots to even a small project! Sew the buttons to cross stitch, needlepoint, fabric, knits or even paper. If you prefer to glue, try glue dots on paper or cement (E6000) on non-porous surfaces.
